This is our second time at Rich and Nicky's place. They are extremely responsive and we love the home and the location. There is so much to do within walking distance and additional golf, hiking, kayaking, restaurants and biking are just a short drive away. We had to leave a day early and Rich and Nicky offered to refund the the day. For this reason and many more they are wonderful hosts.

Rich and Nicky were on it! They were super helpful, they a whole separate website with instructions for everything. The spot was a great little retreat to the mountains and Vermont time living. The historic post office and general store building itself is an great fusion of old and new. The second floor is very open concept, but the floors are large split boards from the 1800s, very fun combination! They were very accommodating of our littles with child safety locks and a pack and play which helped us de-stress. A great additional offering which elevated their hosting experience. We are very grateful to Rich and Nicky for making our stay cozy and comfortable!

Five of us drive a car and three motorcycles. The prearrival package was outstanding and provided an abundance of valuable information and eatery recommendations. Parking is ample, the residence was thoroughly cleaned, the location is in the heart of Dover, and the space was comfortable and more than we expected. One of the best Airbnb's we have booked. We will come back.

Nicky and Rich are both so welcoming. Their almost 200 year old home has historical charm with all the modern amenities. They were very responsive and even made sure we were aware of any wildlife that was walking about. They even offered to go to the store to get medicine for my son who wasn’t feeling well late at night. Their home is very comfortable with air conditioning throughout the home, even in the loft. Air conditioning is a must for us and it was perfect for our needs. The kitchen has every type of coffee machine and any utensils or items you need. They even had a nice welcome sign, cookies and a bottle of wine for us upon arrival. They were informative about where to eat and things to do in the area. We would definitely come back.

I loved Nicky’s place. Our family has stayed in at least 60 Airbnb but this is by far the best! We felt right at home! Every detail reflects how careful and kind they are. I loved every corner of their house; everything was extremely spotless. Additionally, it is very comfortable for a family. They also had the thoughtful gesture of leaving us water, wine, beers, and many things in the fridge and pantry. Thanks so much!

We had a great stay at the 1827 house. It was the perfect location for a wedding at the Farm Road Estate as it is across the street so we could walk. The house is comfortable, clean & within walking distance to a few restaurants. Rich & Nicky are excellent communicators with lots of recommendations of things to do in the area. We would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area in the future! Thanks so much!

I cannot share enough positive comments regarding our recent stay at Rich and Nicky's cozy Vermont airbnb!! It was THE PERFECT location for 4 dear college friends to gather. Rich and Nicky responded immediately to any questions we had and their space was impeccably appointed in every room. We had the second and third floor space which allowed for plenty of room for all 4 of us. The kitchen and 2 bathrooms were updated and incredible. We enjoyed the warmth and ambiance of the gas fireplace as we sat around the coffee table playing board games in the evening. In addition, we were able to quickly walk to an awesome pub for dinner - complete with live music, and walked across the street to a beautiful inn/restaurant for brunch in the morning. All 4 of us will carry happy memories of our stay for a long time to come!

What a beautiful home with such great history to it. We received a warm & friendly welcome & Rich nicely offered us a tour of the lower condo which was as special as the upstairs! Nice attention to detail and so beautifully decorated. Location can’t be beat with walking distance to the 1846 Tavern & The Sawmill and so close to Mt. Snow. Nicky, thank you for the Apple Pie too, sweet ending to a fun weekend. Look forward to another visit!

Rick and Nicky are amazing hosts! They were responsive immediately. There was a bottle of red wine waiting for us and the place was air-conditioned, very easy to find and very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms are new. The kitchen in addition to a regular coffee machine has an espresso/cappuccino maker that's very easy to operate and makes excellent coffee. Our son enjoyed the whole big loft for himself with a big bathroom. The place if pet friendly! The appliances are new, and so are the washer and dryer. There are two restaurants within walking distance, the Sawmill Bar and Table is our favorite other one is Tavern. Mountain biking on Mt. Snow was an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this place, very clean and quaint!
